Pedagogy
The program begins with an assessment to evaluate the participant’s current skill level and understand their goals. Based on the assessment results, we recommend the number of sessions and customize the program’s content outline. Depending on the participant’s needs and evaluation outcomes, the coach categorizes them as Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Expected results are also discussed during the consultation.
Each category includes a fixed number of hours. These categories have been explained further as below:
